HAMILTON builds robust, flexibile environments for campuses across the nation

The perfect fit, every time.

We have a lot of experience in critical projects like university research labs where complex requirements need to be met, university parcel package lockers, student lockers across campus, and much more.

Our flexible manufacturing techniques mean that schools can have lockers that match their team colors. It means the department heads can spec highly functional islands for their classroom labs. It means that student mailrooms, like our system at Harvard University, can have beautiful wood veneer finishes. Our projects are the perfect fit, every time.

Parcel Exchange Lockers:
Custom Designed, Unique Smart Lockers

The challenge: creating an efficient, contactless way to connect people with materials. The Covid-19 shutdown of Wake Forest Library left the library’s Associate Dean, Mary Beth Lock to wonder: “How can we continue to meet the needs of our students and faculty?”.

Enter contactless exchange lockers. Hamilton worked with stake holders to create an innovative solution in unprecedented times. Download the full case study to learn how smart lockers can benefit your campus.

Mail Centers & Exchange of Goods Lockers

Laminate Smart Lockers on campus can have a significant positive impact on your mail and package delivery operations – saving time, money and resources while increasing student satisfaction.  Many Colleges and Universities are using smart lockers for more than just package delivery – Library Smart Lockers and other exchange of goods applications are being implemented.

Based on our experience, a university student will average 2 packages a month. With an enrollment of 10,000 students, that would be roughly 950 packages per day that a university campus would have to handle. Streamline with smart lockers.

RFID Networked Lockers

The campus today is a very different place than even a few months ago. RFID Networked Lockers open up a whole new world for personal storage on a campus. Open all doors at once through software, provide rental lockers throughout campus, integrate with student ID cards (and mobile credentials) and provide access to lockers for visitors, contractors and faculty.

Connected Campus

Educational institutions have their own set of unique requirements. They are faced with satisfying today’s demands while providing the foundation to meet future needs for a very tech-savvy group of consumers: Students.

Leveraging student ID cards to streamline student life across campus will not only provide convenience but also offer the university a cost-effective solution to campus storage and exchange of goods.
